Our group loved this spacious property and its location in central New York's beautiful countryside. It's exactly as photographed in the listing, but what you don't see in those images is how well this home is stocked. From coffee and condiments to toiletries, tea, and towels, if we forgot it, chances are, it was already waiting for us in the Farmhouse. If a not-too-remote rural home with a cornfield across the street and fireflies in the backyard appeals to you, you'll appreciate the Farmhouse.

Really enjoyed our stay at the barnhouse. Enjoyed the short drive into Hamilton for food, entertainment, and a taste of the local community. Would highly recommend and/or stay again!

We stayed at Wendy’s Farm house for a 4th of July weekend and my husbands local high school reunion and we loved it! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate large groups The beds are very comfortable. We loved how generously the house was stocked with many items people often forget to bring when traveling - like extra new toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoos , facial cleansers etc . It felt like in a nice hotel where people are pampered.
The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and more!
We loved peaceful front yard and access to the creek- what a picturesque spot! Location was very convenient- just 5 minutes to the center of Hamilton.
Wendy is a wonderful , very responsive and friendly hostess! We would return to her house in a heartbeat !

Wendy's place is great, as is she. Clear, proactive communicator. The house can accommodate a large group. Near to Colgate if visiting the area. Great viewing, scenery from the back yard. Overall, a great stay.

Frankly, I wish there were more than five stars to give Wendy! She is a joy to interact with. Her house was above and beyond what was listed or expected. Can't recommend enough. My family and I had an amazing time at the house, the location is nothing short of idyllic. Rolling lush green hills and trees as far as the eyes can see, with a river running by to complete this stunning oasis. After eight days there, I felt as if I was driving away from home when we left. Thank you so much Wendy for all you've done to make your home cozy, inviting, and so very well equipped. We are so grateful to have had much a comfortable place for our temporary home while on vacation. The memories we created there will be treasured. xoxo

This is a very cozy and comfortable home convenient to downtown Hamilton and Colgate University. It’s very peaceful, we would have enjoyed staying longer.

Had a recruiting visit at Colgate. Wendy’s barnhouse was a perfect fit. Close to town, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Has everything you could need. Plus a really pretty creek and lounging tree in the backyard. Thanks again. If we end up at Colgate, then I will certainly be in touch.

This place is very nice and was as described. Wendy made it easy to get in and gave clear instructions. The center of town was only a few minutes down the road and the stadium is even closer.

Our stay was amazing! Beautifully maintained home with an adorable barn house for more guests. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Wendy was very friendly and informative. We all enjoyed our weekend away and will definitely visit again. Thank you Wendy!

This was our second stay at the Farmhouse, but this time with a large group (3 couples and one kid). We had plenty of space, beds, and amenities for everyone. Highly recommended!
