On one side of the Barnhouse, there's a charming barn and a vast field of corn and soy beans. Across the street, you'll find another cornfield. The neighborhood consists of just four houses around an intersection, and it's incredibly peaceful with great neighbors. It's the ideal place for a tranquil retreat.

Our stay was amazing! Beautifully maintained home with an adorable barn house for more guests. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Wendy was very friendly and informative. We all enjoyed our weekend away and will definitely visit again. Thank you Wendy!

I can't say enough about this beautiful farm home and barn house. It was the perfect location and setting for our recent family gathering; perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet close to town, main roads and activities. The hosts were exceptional, and always responsive throughout the planning and check-in process. The home is warm and welcoming, and exactly as described with lovely furnishings, lots of amenities and lots of added little touches, ensuring all your needs are met. This will definitely be our gathering place for future family get togethers. Thank you, Wendy & Will for making this such a wonderful visit for us.

The houses are located just 2 miles from Colgate and the Village of Hamilton and surrounded by corn fields, barns, and farms. Also nearby are the Seven Oaks Golf Course, the Schapiro Reserve, the Lebanon Reservoir, and Lake Moraine.
You can drive, walk, run, or bike to town. There are two driveways next to each other. The gravel driveway is for the Barnhouse and the paved driveway goes to the Farmhouse. A sign marks the entrance.
