Frankly, I wish there were more than five stars to give Wendy! She is a joy to interact with. Her house was above and beyond what was listed or expected. Can't recommend enough. My family and I had an amazing time at the house, the location is nothing short of idyllic. Rolling lush green hills and trees as far as the eyes can see, with a river running by to complete this stunning oasis. After eight days there, I felt as if I was driving away from home when we left. Thank you so much Wendy for all you've done to make your home cozy, inviting, and so very well equipped. We are so grateful to have had much a comfortable place for our temporary home while on vacation. The memories we created there will be treasured. xoxo

This is a very cozy and comfortable home convenient to downtown Hamilton and Colgate University. It’s very peaceful, we would have enjoyed staying longer. Wendy gave us great restaurant recommendations!
