Both the Farmhouse and the Barn house were quite nice. We were traveling for a family wedding and the location was great. Wendy was very accommodating and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice conversion of a barn into accommodations, especially enjoyed the picture book showing the process. It was very well insulated, cleverly finished, and as bright and cheery as an old barn could be. Close to Colgate, private, well appointed, and cozy - everything we want in an Airbnb. We would definitely book again!

The Farmhouse was a lovely, cozy place to spend time with friends. The nearby river provided a tranquil spot to have coffee, read, and sketch. This might be the most well-provisioned AirBnB I've ever visited, with everything from razors to peanut butter to a guitar—not to mention the plethora of board games! Wendy was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

The Barnhouse was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy, the beds were comfy, and the place was clean. The place was private and the surroundings outside were breathtaking, especially during golden hour. Although it was private, the town was just a short trip away, and it was easy to find. I would love to stay here again if my travels ever bring me back this way!

Perfect for what we were looking for. Visiting Colgate university and found this gem. Close to campus and gave us a feel of Hamilton, NY. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our group loved this spacious property and its location in central New York's beautiful countryside. It's exactly as photographed in the listing, but what you don't see in those images is how well this home is stocked. From coffee and condiments to toiletries, tea, and towels, if we forgot it, chances are, it was already waiting for us in the Farmhouse. If a not-too-remote rural home with a cornfield across the street and fireflies in the backyard appeals to you, you'll appreciate the Farmhouse.

This is a very cozy and comfortable home convenient to downtown Hamilton and Colgate University. It’s very peaceful, we would have enjoyed staying longer.

I can't say enough about this beautiful farm home and barn house. It was the perfect location and setting for our recent family gathering; perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet close to town, main roads and activities. The hosts were exceptional, and always responsive throughout the planning and check-in process. The home is warm and welcoming, and exactly as described with lovely furnishings, lots of amenities and lots of added little touches, ensuring all your needs are met. This will definitely be our gathering place for future family get togethers. Thank you, Wendy & Will for making this such a wonderful visit for us.
